The book belongs to box is clear. There is very light wear to the top/base of the spine and corners, and the page edges are a touch foxed. Light shelf wear to the base of the book. The dust wrapper is in good + condition and is not price clipped. There is some loss to the very top of the spine (approx 1 cm) and light wear to the corners and top/base. There is creasing to all edges. The spine is rounded. There is heavy foxing to the reverse side - and is visible at the top of the covers. The publishers details on the title page are: ‘Sampson Low, Marston & Co Ltd, 25 Gilbert Street London W1. The price on the dust wrapper is 3/6. Meets the requirements of the first edition. The very first numbered Noddy book. Exceptionally scarce in such lovely condition.
